Vextrude provides a suite of free, browser-based 3D design tools, including but not limited to:

• SVG to 3D/STL Converter
• 3D Text Generator (including language-specific versions)
• Image to SVG Vectorizer
• 3D QR Code Generator
• Print Control Tool
• Font Converter
• Normal Map Generator

All tools run entirely within your web browser. No files are uploaded to our servers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Vextrude, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using Vextrude on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

3.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all files you upload, all text you enter, and all 3D models you generate using Vextrude. We claim no rights, ownership, or license over your creations. You are free to use your output for any purpose, including personal, educational, and commercial projects.

3.2 Our Content

The Vextrude website, including its design, code, logos, graphics, text content, blog posts, and documentation, is owned by Vextrude and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Vextrude website or its source code without our written permission.

3.3 Open-Source Libraries

Vextrude uses open-source libraries (such as Three.js, fflate, and others) which are governed by their respective licenses. Our use of these libraries does not transfer any additional rights to you beyond what those licenses permit.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vextrude only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our admin systems, APIs, or databases.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the website in a manner that degrades service for others.
• Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Use our tools to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Circumvent or interfere with any security features of the website.
• Spam, abuse, or overload our newsletter subscription or contact endpoints.

5. Newsletter & Communications

• Subscribing to our newsletter is optional and requires your explicit action.
• By subscribing, you consent to receive occasional emails about product updates, new tools, and blog posts.
• Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time with a single click.
• We do not share your email address with any third parties.
• We reserve the right to reject subscriptions from disposable or suspicious email addresses.

6. Community Features

If you participate in community features on Vextrude (such as public posts or contributions):

• You grant Vextrude a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your community contributions on our website.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Donations

Donations made to Vextrude (via cryptocurrency or other methods) are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not entitle the donor to any additional features, services, or privileges beyond what is freely available to all users.

8. Advertisements

Vextrude displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free operation of our tools. Ad content is managed by Google and is subject to Google’s advertising policies. We do not control or endorse the products or services advertised.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vextrude is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Accuracy or reliability of generated 3D models for specific manufacturing or engineering requirements.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Compatibility with all browsers, devices, or operating systems.

You use Vextrude at your own risk. We strongly recommend verifying all generated models before using them for 3D printing, manufacturing, or any critical application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vextrude and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the website or tools.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or defects in generated 3D models.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Actions of third-party services integrated with Vextrude.

11. Service Availability & Modifications

• We do not guarantee that Vextrude will be available at all times. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

Vextrude integrates with and links to third-party services including Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Firebase, jsDelivr CDN, and Cloudflare. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
